I did it, it worked to a degree, but IRS will chase you down with or without "title" Bible says to live peaceably with others and government.. In court, they will pull every trick in the Book to tear you apart.
And even if you did not make a mistake, it could take 10 Years and more until you win.
It works if u know ur CIVICS (True Constitutional Law not Corporation Codes & Ordinances) this means ur in the Republic. But if ur in the Federal Enclave (US Citizen) then no it will never work. U have to know how to contract w/in the federal Gov't. U always contract with the Gov't but u don't know how to do it correctly where u are the Beneficiary (Creditor)& not the Surety (Debtor). As long as u are the Surety u have to pay it back. If u are the Creditor then u can discharge the debt legally.
check the meaning of words they use. then ask yourself why we don't learn the correct terms of words...and it's not "their" fault. it's your fault, my fault. why? because we have become shallow and don't take words seriously anymore..
