It's not strictly legal to do any of those, but if you stream video from a site like megavideo, you can't be fined, whereas if you download a video from a site such as limewire, then you can get caught and fined? Am I right in thinking this? Because if you are just the one watching it, and you had nothing to do with the video being put on the internet (on a streaming site) then they can't blame you?
